We stayed for a night and loved visiting the Frank Buck Zoo and hitting the slots at WinStar World Casino. The location was perfect and our room was spacious and cool, which was great in the heat. The pull-out sofa was a nice touch, giving us room to spread out. Would definitely recommend for group trips!

My main issue was with staff responsiveness. When I asked for extra pillows for the pull-out sofa, it took a few tries before I got any help, which was a bit frustrating.

The staff was friendly, and they gave us a nice welcome when we checked in, even if the lobby was a bit hot. Also the bed was comfortable, which was a relief after dealing with all the other issues.

Room was huge with a comfy mattress. The pool was heated, which was nice despite a bit of hair in the water.

The initial room I entered needed some serious cleaning—think remnants from previous guests and missed housekeeping details, like empty soda bottles hidden behind furniture. The air conditioning in multiple rooms failed to maintain a comfortable temperature, forcing me to rely on ceiling fans for a night. Breakfast left much to be desired—limited hot food choices and a broken juice machine alongside messy communal tables didn’t make for the best start to the day.

stayed in a queen suite at comfort suites and loved the spaciousness! the indoor pool was a great spot for family fun. we also enjoyed the clean breakfast area, even though we didn't eat. the jacuzzi room was awesome, and we didn't run out of hot water, which was a relief. overall, a solid choice for families!

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. Staff even helped with my luggage on my first stay. Highly recommended for a great experience! I’ll be back for my business trip.

Nice room but need some love

Thought this place would be pretty nice, but the sofa was super worn and had stains. The TV didn’t work, and we ended up staying in our room even after they offered to switch us. On a good note, the breakfast was solid, and there was a great spot down the street called Rib Crib for dinner!
